P26746-00 bad digital main or regular main

I got this sanyo 26 inch the tv lights up but screen is black, I never really learned how to figure out which main is bad? the digital tuner main with the hdmi and coax or the regular main with rca? the tcon was changed and same outcome so I know its not that
