LG LN-5400 Backlight problem

Hello
Client has a 47" LG LN-5400 with back light issues. Has audio, and if you shine a flashlight into display, you can see menu items.
Is this a power supply, or backlight inverter issue?

Does this unit even have backlight inverter's? I'm thinking a bad power supply or bad LED strips?
Trying to trouble shoot issue remotely.

It has power supply/LED backlights driver combo but what version you have we do not know because you need to get the pictures, do the Voltage testing, etc.,as you can see, there are at least 3 versions of the power supplied, two versions of the main board, 5 versions of T-CON, also lots of EEPROM.
