How about the pictures of the back side of the TV so we can see how all the board are connected together.
Can you also verify the make and the model number? Samsung 47UN5300d nothing comes up.
Did you check the DCV at both end of the SMD fuse on the T-CON board with ref to GND?

That model number doesn't yield any search results. Are you sure that's the correct model number?

this is the only elektrotanya manual result for a Samsung 5300
Fixed so far 12 lcd's , 1 plasmas, 5 monitors, 0 dlp's (plan to keep the dlps at 0). and 3 atx power supplies, and 2 motherboards.

        For starters it's likely a 46" not 47".

my apologies, I received 2 TV's and got them mixed up, the model of the one in question is a Samsung UN32EH5300FXZA WITH THE VERSION NO: UU02, has power backlight and remote functions but no video and no menu, it has a power supply module, a video (Digital PCB) and a buffer scan pcb for the panel, I heard something about reloading the EEprom to bring them back but I like to be patient in case someone has seen this before, thanks and sorry for the error

Picture of the board layout with the back off ? If there is a tcon board present I would check the fuse.

              Re: Samsung 47UN5300d/F7

Have you checked if the tiny fuse(s) on the tcon (buffer scan pcb for the panel as you called it) are open?

Have you checked all the voltages leaving the power supply to make sure theyre within spec?

Please post pictures of the mainboard and tcon.

The manual I linked earlier does apply

You should probably start with the troubleshooting section and follow all their steps to discern whether the problem is the tcon or the mainboard.
