I got these two identical TV's from a commercial setting, they said that they took a power hit and now one TV turns on, and is very faint with lots of green and yellow tent, and the display is very sluggish, and no sound. Text fades away as the new text surfaces. I am able to gain access to the "K" menu (see photo) the second TV had the 2 slow 5 fast blinks, but I got it to power on and it's like a wave of green yellow and white leaving the sides of the TV trying to merge in the middle, I cannot get the 2nd TV to go intone K menu.
I have tried swapping board to see if problems follow, when I switched the T-con boards I got a vertical red bar down the middle of the TV that is partly working, when I put it back in the other TV the same bar was present, but not centered.
I am by no means a TV technician, however I am a skilled HVAC tech and deal with electronic boards often, I just need someone who knows what the codes in the K menu mean, and maybe some baseline voltage readings?!? Any help at all would be good help.
