Toshiba 55SL412U LCD no picture

I have a toshiba with no picture. I tested the voltages and they are all there, with the exception of a connector which I am not sure what voltages are supposed to be there, but they are all 0V. The power LED stays green and when trying to power off with remote, it doesn't work, have to unplug power cable. Batteries are fine in remote. I can't find a service manual for this TV anywhere.

I found 3.3V on the PWON pin. This should be 0V when in full on power mode and 3.3 in standby, unless toshiba does it differently. I also get 0v on BLON which I assume is backlight on/off.

Here are pics I took of the tv.
The bottom pic is of a connector on the power supply and there is no voltage on any pins. What should these voltages be?

I repaired a 46SL412U recently and couldn't find any service info either. You could unplug the power jack going to the Main Board and measure the voltages with the set plugged into the 12Vac. You should at least be getting the 5.0Vdc Standby

I have a similar issue. originally tv came in dead. Crossed some leads and bam the PSU came to life with no BLON or DIM. So I bought new MB and now I have all my voltages back except the BLON and DIM. The tv has no lights on front, but voltages are there. IR sees remote, but still no turn on. could power supply still be issue or is key board clamping this MB down. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
