    Samsung TV question. Tcon or not.

    Just got a 40" Samsung with blurry picture. So just wanted 2nd opinion to what's wrong.
    My guess would be tcon.

    Am I right???

    If it is the Tcon,have never (yet) seen one fail in this way!,but have seen similar panel failures..
    Mmmm.wonder what anyone else may have to say.Sorry cannot be of any further help here,i'm afraid.

            Sometimes repairable, usually the smaller panels from Samsung are not generally repairable though.

              I've stripped TV and placed pressure on the tabs but nothing changing. Any advise on how to test the if tabs are gone.

                Try the twist test, hold the surround on the top corners and lightly twist see if anything changes with the screen, looks like tabs to me

                  Tryed that. Also moving all possible parts to see it picture alters but nothing.

                      If I may add my 2cents......I think you should clean the LVDS and FPC cable contact pins with an eraser and give it a try. If that does not help replace the T-CON board...Regards
