Dynex dx-lcd37 bad panel??

Before I pull the board out and toss the panel. Just want to make sure.
I thinking it has a bad panel. Does it on HDMI and when In menu screen.

Solarized pictures, check the GAMMA Voltages on the T-CON board, reseat the cable to the T-CON, etc,
Pictures of the T-CON board and the whole back side of the TV?

Ok I know the voltage starts high then goes low. but 14v in the middle. Maybe a bad T-con board

Just ordered the AS15-F chip. Going to try to replace it. Tried once before on a different set and failed. So I got 5 this time.
