Ok looking further into this set yes the TCON is part of the mainboard. Can you get a clear picture (We want the highest resolution you are able to take) of the area where the 2 ribbon cables come out of the mainboard to the panel and the surrounding circuit so we can see and read the labels on the board.

Well hoping we can find a fuse for the Timing Controller and its actually blown... From there we may be able to get somewhere. Otherwise if nothing is obvious it would be a case of using a scope to start checking signals but most won't own one and that would then get very difficult if not impossible to resolve without a board replacement

This is a pic of the board i get when i google the part number. Its a good picture and im pretty sure its the same. If you need the real photo ill get it. Maybe this will help for now though

I looked at that board vs the pics of your board from earlier in the thread and couldn't spot any differences. A higher resolution pic of yours will help. Are you matching the EA number or the EB number ?

Im only matching the ea number. The eb number only gives me a couple of results on google. Ill get that picture now

unfortunately without the service manuals we are only guessing, I can find manuals but none for free.

What is TH7500 by the 68uf cap on the left of pic ?

And you'd have to make sure that board goes into a set that uses the same panel as yours especially since the tcon is integrated. And that still doesn't guarantee it will work in yours.

Ok, i cant seem to find the exact one second hand and a new one is 250. While 250 isnt that much considering it still may not fix it. So id prefer to spend the least amount i can. Im unsure what TH means. (assuming your asking me).

The model number for the led panel going by the statewide app website for this exact model number tv is AFB73410001. I am unsure where to find it on the panel.

Well, a small update, i was doing a bit of reading on here, and stumbled across someone with similar symptoms in a lg lcd tv. They were suggested to disconnect the cables to the lcd panel and see what happened. I did this and with one disconnected the screen stayed the same but with the other disconnected half of the screen had funny lines through it. In that thread it was said that the panel is no good. Is this the case for my tv too?
