Check the resistance between S and D to see if they show low resistance.

Checked resistance between s2,s1 to d1,d2 . Im getting around 9.0 to start but it quickly starts to down to 0.

Lets take the resistance readings of the inverter transformer's high Voltage windings.
Check the resistance between pin 1 and pin 2.
Check the resistance between pin 3 and pin 4.
BTW, you can have bad lamps problem and you will need test lamps (at least two) to verify.

Im getting 37.18 K on pins. But every time check it. It keeps changing.

OK, they do not have low resistance which is typical the symptom when they failed, you are getting the readings in the thousands so they do not look bad.
