Sanyo LCD-32E30A U/S Mainboard?
Just to check if me expert mates agree with my diagnosis before I put this one aside.
We've got all voltages come up except the Inv-On signal from the mainboard. Flashlight test reflected off the panel shows no signs of life. At power up the speakers make a crackling sound and when the Power-On button is pressed we again get the same crackling sound.
The Inverter has 24 volts to it but as I say, no Inv-On signal. I can see it goes from about 0.00v to 0.02v at power on, so there's a little bit of something trying. My diagnosis is that the mainboard has failed somehow.
