So with all the boards connected you do have 5VSTBY for the main board to run but you are not even getting any indicator lights to come on, so you need to troubleshoot the main board next. This is smart TV so try disconnecting WIFI card if it has one.
ok. I did check to see if the power made it through the cable to the main board and it does. I think the wi-fi card must be the plug in the lower left hand corner, because the other black/white wires went to the power button on the side, and I'm guessing the remote sensor. The one midway up on the left went to the speakers.
I unplugged the wi-fi and still no indicator light whatsoever. So i'm guess the Main board is bad? thinking it's one of the main CPU chips possibly that go bad.

I've included pics of the main board.
finally figured out that the main board is functioning but the LED lights are not functioning. I can do the flashlight test and see images.
I have an LED light tester and all the led lights do light up using that. So do I need to replace the little board that ...umm..i guess transfers power to the led light?

You need to report the Voltage readings on the connector CN201 of the power supply board that goes to the main board next. As you can see, there are labels for each pin of that connector so you MUST put down the pin name and follow by the Voltage reading for each pin.
Not aware of the color codes? Look up and print out, you will need these all the durned time.
I am working on the SAME TV and about 1/2 the backlight diodes were fried.
I am awaiting replacement strips right now in mail.
Glad I learned the reset technique.
