samsung PN43D450 not powering up, relay clicking

Hi guys, I have a samsung PN43D450 that was brought to me to see if i could troubleshoot and repair. Normally I wont do plasmas, but the guy either tricked me, or didnt know it was a plasma... anyway, figured i'd give it a shot. When i plug it in, I get the red led light flashing and can hear the relay clicking on and off a few times. I read another post about determining xmain from ybuffer or something to that effect by unplugging the boards and the set chiming, If i can get some general direction on this, it would be greatly appreciated. Very volatile TV, seen this model break down in several ways.

The most common is the x-main. This is the board to the right of the power supply, above the Main AVboard, unplug the x-main from the powersupply and power on the TV, see if the clicking stops. If it does the xmain will have a few shorted IGBT's.
