Samsung PN 50b55ot2f, No Picture, has sound

Hi, This is my first post. I have checked the VA 56, reads 56.4dc, VSC -200, reads -198, VS 208, reads 207.6, VE 92, reads 92.2. The control board green led light is flashing normally. All the fuses including the green ones are good on the y main and x main. I noticed the x main has a buzzing noise and the top heat sink is warm and bottom heat sink is hot. The y main has power to the fuses but both of the heat sinks are cold. I did pulled the y main and x main out and visually look at it and found no unusual burnt marks.

Is there a slight glow from the screen in a dark room?
No cracks on the panel?

hi tom, thanks for the input. You are very helpful in this forum. I don't see any glow when i power on the set in a dark room I don't see any crack on the panel. Does this mean the panel is bad?
