    LC-70LE650U Problems, 2-short, 5-long

Before I get into the details and symptoms (the main one is blink code 2-short, 5-long; related to panel power from what I have gathered). I have a straightforward question to aid my troubleshooting... Are the "sides" of the panel identical with regards to signal pinout of the ribbon wires between the panel and the LCD control unit or driver board, or the t-con board as I guess it's also called... I am not new to hobbiest-level repair, and I am an EE, so hopefully with the help and experience of the experts on the forum, I can get this thing up and running!

As I said, before I take the time explaining the symptoms and you take the time reading them, if anyone could answer whether I can plug the "left side" of the panel into the "right side" (side A) of the t-con board... I have compared a lot of the trace pairing and trace widths, and they seem symmetrical, so my guess is yes, the signal pinouts are identical with the exception of opposite halves of screen, but I wanted to make sure before trying it!

    Thanks!!!

I posted the problem/symptoms in great detail on this thread, which I didn't see until just now... https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showth...t=36978&page=2

Well... I am nearly certain... when it was operating, it appeared flawless... It's possible there's a very small issue behind one of the parts of the frame of the panel itself. I have removed the plastic front bezel, and the left side black aluminum side of the panel. If I recall, I can see the lower-left corner of the glass itself all the way to the top on the left side, and there are no cracks, no chips, etc... I have not taken off bottom or top part of frame yet. I am hesitant to take apart too much of the frame of the panel, at least more than one member at a time, because I don't want to stress anything by removing too much of the structural rigidity. Please take a look at the other thread linked above if you have time... I gave a lot of detail...

          USB problems?
          by Hondaman
Recently I discovered my SSD died (OCZ/Toshiba 240 GB). It was in a USB enclosure, attached to the Linksys WRT-AC1200 router. Since then I removed the USB enclosure and attached it to my Win7 PC (AMD 8150 CPU, 970 chipset, 64 GB RAM). I also gathered one or two other USB enclosures to figure out what is going on.

(I suspect that I lost quite a few MP3 and FLAC files I recently ripped from my audio CDs, I think I lost very little un-replaceable stuff.)

I think it is IMPOSSIBLE for Win7 to have any problems with a USB enclosure as long as Win7 knows how to speak to the...

Lenovo 11e problems (any sata hdds are not recognized, sleep battery drain)
          by clabr
Need help to solve some problems with this laptop.

After working in bed with it one night and heating up too much (probably the cause of this problems) the sata HDD OS windows froze
After restart the original Sata HDD was not recognized anymore (but works fine in other laptops or PCs)

Tried connecting other good Sata 2.5 HDDs but not one is working in this laptop anymore (not the original nor others)

Before this had happened I observed some other problems:
When I tried replacing original mecanical HDD with a SSD HDD could not get them...
