    Panasonic TCP50S1 TNPA4782 SC repair

    I'm in the process of repairing this TNPA4782 SC board. I just need to find the specs for this one diode. D806 is marked 12- anyone know the specs or a suitable replacement?

      DIODE ZENER 12V 150MW, you can do the rest. Are you using a service manual?

        Got it thanks! I've been trying to figure out how these markings codes work for these diodes. And there's a service manual for this board?

          If it's 50" and TNPA4782 then a 50G10 manual would do
