I ran into similar blink code, but when I disconnect the cable between the LCD panel and the T-CON board, the rrror went sway and the TV stays one with backlights but no pictures of course. The shorts was in the panel and causes some of the DCV reading on the fuses to be wrong.

yeah the blink code didn't go away so bad lcd

bud m so I just disconnected the lvds cable from the tcon and turned it on and it will stay on and the blink code went away, so it is bad tcon

If the code went away when the panel is disconnected then the panel is bad, but you said it still blinks with the same code that means some thing on the T-CON is bad. The bad thing is that this T-CON is very expensive.
