Philips LCD TV 42PFL5609D/30 Blown Fuse

My Philips LCD TV went dead the first time after 5 years of service. After opening it up, I found that the fuse was blown. Instead of putting a new fuse, I used a 100W lamp connecting as the fuse. The lamp was brightly lit. Then I disconnect everything from the board and powered it on, the lamp was still lit brightly. A visual inspection did not find any cracked or burnt components, nor any bulged electro-caps. Using an ohmmeter to measure the AC end showed around 1K ohm and 2K ohm when the probes were reversed. Testing the legs of each component with the ohmmeter did not find any dead-short. I cannot find the schematic diagram of this unit. Can anyone help and advise how I can further proceed.
