46" Samsung UE46B7000WW LED TV - Screen issue

Got a 46" Samsung UE46B7000WW LED TV with a screen issue. On the Control board cover there is signs of possible water damage that may have leaked into the bottom of the screen. Screen had it ? Sorry for the out of focus TV photo.

If you unplug half the tcon you get an image on half the screen and vice versa.

Strange results, see attached 2 photos, one with right side and one with left side T-Con cable removed.

Hard to tell. It's got many of the symptoms of a bad LCD panel. Water damage is never good. I'd check tab bonds for corrosion (water damage) or signs of burning. Also check AVDD, VGH (or VONE), VGL (or VOFFE) voltages on t-con.
