Lg 32LG3000 no picture

Hi!
I got this tv from a guy who said that before the tv showed vertical lines but now there is nothing on the screen.
When the tv turns on led flashes 2 times,backlight flashes and turns off.
I checked the voltages on psu and they seem ok, caps look ok too.
I tested the fuse on t-con and thats ok too. The inverter board gets 24v so I think that its ok too,but not sure,what do you think?
How to check the main board? What would be my next steps in troubleshooting this tv?

Backlight coming on?

Any sound?

So--This is called, 2 sec to black...

Search on this forum for '2 sec to black' and pointers on that fault, even on different make/models, the fault is very common....
