LG Plasma Model 60PK550-UD has sound but no picture

I have a plasma LG model #60PK550-UD, I had a problem that I would have sound but no picture, it would take me between 2-5 times of powering on and off before I would get picture. Once I had picture it would stay on. Now I cannot get any picture at all, still have sound. Everything looks ok inside and I have replaced the ysus with no change.

Also before the whole no picture problem started I would get between 1-3 thin vertical lines at different places on the tv, they would come and go and move to different places.

    Thanks

Posting pictures of the back of your tv showing the boards with clear pictures may help you more with fixing your problem

Checking the label on the panel and checking Vs, VE, Vscan, and Vset voltages compared to the label will give a much better idea of where to start looking.

I can't take pictures of the lines since i can't get the picture to turn on. Here are photos of the entire back, and close ups of the boards. Hope that helps.

I only know basics about electronics so I don't know how to check the voltages, I do own an digital multimeter I just don't know how to use it.

Anyone have any suggestions, I have already changed out one board that might not have even been bad, I hate to keep buying boards that I may not need.

You'll need to check the Vs, Va, VSC and other voltages when set is turned on....

There's various tutorials on the web on how to use a DVM, check those out then when confident--check the supplies in the set.

                  I'll second that.

Is the logic board the same as the control board?

Well some good news, I replaced the control board and I have picture again so that issue is fixed. I still have the random green vertical lines, there is only one now it is on the left side of the screen near the middle.
