I have a Panasonic TC-P50C2 with no power up and no lights of any kind. I found on this forum a similar situation (https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?t=40922). When I received the TV it had a blown fuse so I replaced the fuse. No change. I then replaced the power board and still no change ... no power ... no lights. It could be the signal board but I don't want to keep throwing money on this TV without a little more testing. How can I make sure that whatever blew the fuse did not take out many boards with it?
Here is what I have done lately:

Here is what I have done lately:
- Tested the "STBY5V" pin on Power Board connector that goes to Signal Board. Tests 5V.
- Removed the Signal Board and closely inspected it with a magnifying glass looking for defects. (I know there can be problems I cannot see, but I have spotted a burned chip in the past that saved me lots of time.)
