Samsung PS42C450B1W Plasma Horizontal lines

Hi, I have here a Samsung 42 inch Plasma TV, It powers on fine but has a few horizontal lines going across the screen, Can this be fixed or is it a bad pannel?
Here's a pic of the fault,

Possibly a panel failure, worth checking Y-buffer connections are properly seated.

Always..... Only thing i really bin is the pannel. I always keep all the boards,

Nice.... I've a few old microwave transformers lyin about left over from the spot welder build, Ill definitely be trying this.. ;-)

Make sure to video it and post it on the tube!

Or you could try "plasma suicide by overheating" - remove the heatsink from the bottom address board and watch the panel nuke itself slowly (bonus points for doing it on running video)

Under the speakers. Runs along the bottom. Long heatsink usually screwed down. Prepare for crackles and sparks from the display as lines burn in permanently... but it's a fair showoff for a junky Samsung panel! (All the boards will survive this except E/F buffer along the bottom but that's usually bonded to the panel anyway.)

Have a look and see if ive removed the correct ones then ill fire it up and start recording.. ;-)

Longer. Things for me started to smell at 20 mins. Noticed things happen at 30 mins. Total failure in 40 mins.
