TH42PD60U 6 flashes

Hey guys. I have TH42PD60U here that give 6 flashes(energy recovery SOS). Number of SC board is TNPA3794. Green LED on SC board don't come on, but green LED on SS board does. VSUS, VAD, 15V, VSET and VSCN measure ok. No parts in energy recovery circuit measure short, look burned or dry jointed. Measured voltages in energy recovery circuit, but they change too quickly to make any sense. Looked at service manual, but can't quite figure out what part is possibly broken or how the energy recovery circuit even works. Would be greatfull for any help. Can post photos of SC board if must.
