I unplugged the power board from the main board & the light blinking & clicking stops.
I post questions here pretty often. I want to say.. if I cannnot repair a tv (including this one) and someone here helps me through it. I will send you $20 via paypal... check or money order. -

Not that I want your $20, I just rather want to return help to the forum in which others have helped me.
First check if all fuses are good and check for shorts on diodes and transistors on the power supply. With everything disconnected from the power supply, try to force it on (jumpering PSON to 5V STBY with a 1k ohm resistor) and check all the voltages. When the power supply is off, only the standby voltage is on, all other voltages are off.Comment

Re: Philips 40PFL7505d/F7 Clicks & White Light Flash
dunno yet. There are a few possibilities. Either the main board is turning the power supply on and off all the time, could be that the power supply senses a short on the secondary and does the cycle process, or there is something else plugged into the power supply that is shorted, just to name a few. Without doing any testing and voltage measurements, my guess is as good as yours! Start with my post #3 and see if the power supply stays on.Comment

by freakaftr8So this laptop seems to have some kind of failure. I bought it second hand and originally the previous owner said that they went to turn it on and it was presented with a quick flash of the power light the keyboard lit up and then the keyboard shut off and the power light went off as well but the battery indicator was white and after about 5 to 7 Seconds flashes orange really quick then shuts off and goes back to White. If the power button is pressed again the keyboard lights up really quick and then repeats. When I got it I could press the power button multiple times the keyboard light would...

by sam_sam_samI bought these LED light bars from Electronic Goldmine surplus store online
These light bars are the nicest LED light bars I have ever seen in there online store
I read the description of these light bars and said yeah right there bright at 9 volts
Let just see if this is the case or not and just how bright is bright because I bought some of there light bars that they said were very bright and were ok but I would not say they were as bright as they claim
But I thought I would give these a try only because they had both light bars on sale as a bundle... -
by ekozeko333Hi all,
I’m trying to recover a Lenovo Yoga Slim 7-14ARE05 with board DA0LS3MBAF0 Rev:F. I’ve run into an unusual issue where USB-C PD is stuck at 4.7–5V and the system won’t boot (keyboard lights flash briefly, then nothing).
🔥 The Problem Started After Suspected ESD/PD Fault
I experienced a power issue or ESD event through a USB-C charger
After that, the NX20P5090 power switch was visibly burned and was replaced
Now the PD controller always negotiates 5V @ 2A, even with known-good chargers

by ruleteroHi everyone
Please help me with this laptop
HP Omen 15-dc0003la , MB DAG3DBMB8D0 REV. D
It doesn't turn on, when I connect the charger with battery orange light appears on power jack and without battery white light appear, it is fine I think
But if I press power button, power led flashes white once, only that, not consumes anything power, not start, nothing more.
Bios was programmed with a working version, no changes.
Voltages
+3vS5 = 3v when I connect charger, next goes to 0 (I think is fine)... - Loading...
