Update - I was able to get meter probes in thru the top of power connector and I do have all voltages correct when the tv is turned on. Agent24, I apologize for not giving you good information before. So it looks like PS_ON is getting a signal back from MB. It appears that I still have PS_ON and BL_ON after several seconds (even minutes). These voltages are around 3.3V.

Well if you have PS-ON, BL-ON and all the Voltages but still no backlights then we need to find out if the Voltage for running the Inverter board is still present.
It is time for you to up load good clear pictures of the whole back side of the TV so we can see how all the boards are connected together, and the pictures of the whole power supply board and the inverter board especially around the connectors so we can see all the pin labels.

More likely to be that commonly fail small black fuse.

Budm same set sane problem. I set the meter to 200 ohms and the value is reading 1.1 ....is that a good reading I'm not sure. The black fuse says 15 on it.

TV is showing all the same symptoms. Everything else is showing good values also. I have checked the white fuses they ate good also. Not sure where to move next now. I thought I was gonna get by with a easy win but once I seen the value I kinda knew it was good. Just needed the confirmation. So any advice where I should go next.....should I open the display? See if there is any obvious problems there?

If that fuse is bad you will not see the screen flash on for seconds, so you may have transformer problem, lamps problems, etc. I would check the resistance of the secondary side to see if they are within 3% from each others.

OK there is no flash no sign of black light or display with the flash light test....

Can you tell me all the Voltages you get at the connector of the inverter board? See post 1 on how they are listed.

I am having the issue issue with My TV
The TV will turn on the blue led but then will not show any lights on the screen or any sound at all
When I power off the LED blinks red 15 times.

Both of the invertor boards appear to have power, no damage to the power board or the main board
Seen some of the Steps that were suggested with no luck

I have tested the small black fuse that has the 15 on it 24.5v on each side
I have tested the small White fuses that have the 3 on it and 25.5v each site

Any help will be appreciated

If you have ALL DCV as shown in post 1 then you have either bad inverter board or bad lamp.
But did you see the backlights even flash on for seconds?

I have a bad board, I actually went back and poked around a bit more and found the issue, it was the DIM and ON/Off pin on the power supply, i think when I was going thru the first few times, I wasn't paying attention to the actual wires and in the mist of going back and fourth i noticed i was testing the same pins.
I just dont get why the sound wasn't working its not connected to the Powersupply and everything was getting the correct reading (except for the 2 that are messed up)

The main board is not sending the BL-ON (ON/OFF)signal , or the DIM signal.
