Hi, my vizio m370nv has two vertical lines down the center that are always there. They are very thin but noticeable. When it first turns on the lines are blue but then they turn reddish. What do you think think is the problem and is there anything i can do to fix it. Thanks for the help.

Re: Vizio m370nv lcd led colored vertical lines
I would suggest the LCD panel is defective, unfortunately this would not be economical to fix in most cases.
Yet another defective LCD panel, sigh. Please do not PM me with questions! Questions via PM will not be answered. Post on the forums instead!

by Stanley1843Hello, I have a screen in where sometimes when I open it pop-up vertical multicolor lines (I would say the most of them are green). If I tun off and turn on the screen the lines dissapear or if I leave open the screen after approximately five minutes the lines gone. I measured the below voltages on the main PCB and on the T-CON board and the voltages are the same when it doesn’t display the vertical lines and when it displays the vertical lines. Also, I cleaned all the connectors very good with IPA. I moved back and forth the connectors and the COF tabs but the vertical lines didn't displayed...

Replacement main board - Boots up fine, but starting... -

No picture, just red vertical stripes. Google search shows quite common problem for these recent Vizio M series although red vertical stripe pattern may differ. Some call it "Netflix" boot screen haha.
Where is the short?
Panel has 4x buffer boards. Quickly found the 1/4 panel buffer board with the problem by selectively disconnecting buffer board flex cables.
Having recently fixed another Vizio with similar symptoms that was a shorted ESD diode array ( link ) Probed the ESD diode array but... -
