emerson LC391EM3 trouble

hi guys new to this forum,lots of wise people here my question is when i power up the tv with nothing hooked up to the power supply everything is ok when i hook up the logic board only to the power supply it blows the fuse (black)is it a problem with power supply or logic board

Just wondering if you have found a solution to this. I was just given one of these TV's and it has the same problem.

Please show the pictures of the whole backside of the TV so we can see how all the boards are connected together.
