Hisense 46" F46K20E T-Con Board A60EDGEC2LV0.2 transistor

Hisense 46" TV F46K20E, has backlight but no picture, found the 3A fuse on the t-con board was open. replace a good fuse but burnt again. Check T-Con Board: A60EDGEC2LV0.2, one transistor (DQ4) was shorted, part number only printed as 7N6, what is this transistor, are there any general equivalence ?

If you look up 7n6 is referred to a N channel mosfet.

Hi There,

This TV was auto switching off after few seconds with some vertical lines on the screen, so got a new TCON board and replaced it.

After replacing the TCON board it was working fine and i set it up with everything, used for few hours, then had the bright idea to update the software on it. During the update process, TV switched off and now no audio or video. No relay switch sound.

I was given this TV from my great uncle. He said it just wouldn't turn on one day out of nowhere, replaced the TV, and gave it to me to possibly fix and use for myself.

Upon bringing it home and plugging it up, it showed a standby light.

I powered it on and without a flashlight, the display showed the "V" but the lighting is very dim, but visible.

The screen seems to blackout and stay black, but with a flashlight I can see the display.

With my Playstation 4 connected via HDMI, and running a game I can hear sound.

This thread is about trying to get an Universal Main Board to work with a Sharp TCON and panel.

I have a Sharp LC-46D85UN TV that has had a main board issue. Since this model is from 2009, I am not able to find an exact replacement of the main board. Instead, I decided to see if I can future proof this tv by getting a Universal Main Board (T53U21.2) from China to work with the Sharp TCON (CPWBX4291TPZA) and panel.
