(CRT)QUADRO CTV-5525 ,Horizontal white lines problem

Hello, so I have this TV with the problem that on screen are these white lines .. so i tired to look around board but everything seems okay except some bad soldering joints that was resolder but problem is still here, this is not a priority repair i just what to learn something about CRT TV's. About CRT TV's I know only basic working principle from school. So thanks guys i can post more pictures of board, electron gun and so on.
    Thanks

This is usually caused by a fault in the circuit that blanks the electron beam during the vertical re-trace stage of the CRT scanning.

So fault is probably in that circuit , where to find that part of circuit and is there any special part to look for?

you could always check and see if the screen adjustment on the back of the TV if it's accessible has not been tampered with more known as G2 adjustment I've seen people over drive these because the CRT is starting to get weak.
Did I leave the soldering iron on?

on the flyback transformer are two knobs for adjustment focus and brightness

            Try the brightness control first.

I believe your horizontal frequency is too high. Check the oscillator circuit. Should be 17,750 hz if I remember correctly.

try to adjust knobs on flyback transformer no results only changing brightness and sharpness, huh,i can't measure frequency because i dont have an oscilloscope :/ i can change parts in oscillator circuit

Look for a capacitor near the flyback or near the vertical circuit. should be a low value 2.2 3.3 10 or 22 uf at a high voltage 200, 250 volts, It won't look bad but most likely is, ther may also be a couple bad caps arount the vertical output that could be weak
Looks like it could be C706 1uf 250v

at the output to the electron gun board it is 10uF 250V. It is very dusty trying to clean that..

It looks like this might be a closer diagram, the dust won't cause the problem. on this diagram its c303

TV works after testing resistor R322 0.68Ohm to find out that it is an open circuit , and i replaced R322 with new 0.51Ohms. It works fine.
                            Thanks guys for help

If that cap C303 was bad, then there may have been excesive current through d305 causing R322 to open, Bet the cap was bad I have replaced this cap. in more sets than I could count for having retrace lines in the picture.

Yep, resistors rarely fail without obvious cause.

This "free from a friend who was going to recycle it" SONY BRAVIA XBR-55A8H arrived with the bottom center RED LED repeating a four flash pattern. It was treated with kid gloves and was reported to have "just gone dead" and the OLED panel has no dents in the metal frame or cracks.

Thread https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?p=1091829 helped in proceeding as follows:
                                    1) Unplugged, then plugged set in while holding the remote VOL- and Power to factory reset.

                                    2) Waited 30 seconds, then pressed remote Power button and "Select language"...

TV turns on, lights work sound works.

TV shows white/gray horizontal lines across the whole screen as shown in picture. TCON is getting 12v at fuses, VCC 12v.

First experience with 8k and mini LED. Does this picture tell you anything?

Apparently a "certified TCL tech" looked at this TV before I got it free and said it's a Tcon issue but said he couldn't be sure and wrote it off as a loss and they replaced for him.

Any tip or trick on where to start would be appreciated.

I just acquired this 3D LED yesterday and it has horizontal lines on a little more than half of the screen. When I first turn it on it has thin black lines going across that makes the image look serrated, and then shortly after patterns of thicker red lines fade in. If I turn it off and right back on it will reset to just the black lines and the red will again fade onto the screen.

I initially thought tab bonds, but flexing the bezel makes no difference, and the fact the image sort of resets after cycling power is different. I haven't opened it up yet to actually test applying...

Hi, I have a sort of old Grundig LCD Led TV that starts to display black horizontal lines after some use. After it's been turned off for a while and cold it does not display any artifacts however after some use it starts to display some faint horizontal lines at the top of the screen and a bunch in the middle of the screen. The longer the tv is on the worse they get until they become very clearly visible. I suspect that heat has something to do with this as when the lines start to appear i notice that the tv's metal case has gotten warm. Could the T-CON start to malfunction when it starts to get...
