More likely to have bad GAMMA Voltage ref IC AS19 (U7), same common failure as AS15 series IC.
You can take GAMMA DC Voltage on the test point 1~17 (Top middle section of the board) and report each reading.

From 1 to 8 decrease gradually from 14.95v to 9.76v, but 9 going high to 14.35v.
From 10 to 17 decrease gradually from 6.68v to 2.6v

Please list each one, it will easier to see the pattern, but it looks like you will need new board or send the board to SJ for repair.

I guess the AS19s are starting to be more of an issue too. This problem is amazingly widespread.

I also currently have an AS19-H1G I believe is faulty. I believe its time to stock up on them also.

IC AS19-H1G replaced, TV working OK.

Same manufacturer (E-CMOS) for both. The main difference appears that AS15 has 14 channels + VCOM, but AS19 has 18 channels + VCOM.

Finally received my ICs and have one installed to a clear picture again. Certainly starting a trend for faulty AS19s also
