Fuji-com plasma won't comes on. HELP PLS

    Hi,
I am a newbie in plasma TV's so my Q is:
I got a Fuji-com model NR 42 B45 and it doesn't come on at all only the led that indicate that it on, i opened the TV and no caps where blown and nothings seem to be fried, so what should i do? what to check with Multi Meter?
    P.S
U do hear the relay open/close.

so pls guide me what to check and where(-:

oooo i 4got to say that the fuses on Y-SUS and Z-SUS was blown, n now i was checked the Y-SUS IPM and nothing was showing (GND, SUS-OUT below 0.4V even nothing), so both Y and Z are fried?

Probably only the Y-sustain IPM is bad if there are no shorts on the Z-sustain.

but the fuse on the Z-SUS was blown also, so its still just the Y-SUS?

Ok, that's odd. Check the Z-sus IPM for shorts too, is it good?

its the same checks like the Y-SUS? (GND, SUS-OUT)

Use 200 or 2000 ohm range. You need to tell us what "nothing" is... is that zero, or out-of-range (the single "1" on lots of meters, on the right, indicates "out of range")

OK, but what to check on the IPM?
