hi, thanks i already see dowload in oficial page, but e read this update only works by usb/menu,my problem tv turn on and show samsung logo 5 seconds and reboot continous in loop, i cant acess the menu. e need a firmware to write with programmer ex. rt809h.
or if any soluction to read from usb and update without tv turn on.

Hi all,
I have a VSX-1021 that dropped the UE22 error on me and is no longer was working. I've then done the following:
1. Tried updating the firmware with a firmware I found online but it hangs at 20% and ultimately shows "Update Error 1". I didn't check prior to attempting the firmware upgrade but the firmware after shows "***" for the DSP numbers. This was before I looked online that pushing an update through with a bad DSP chip could corrupt the firmware.
2. Tried reflowing the original DSP chip (D810K013BZKB4000) but firmware version remains "***"... -
Hi all,
I’m trying to recover a Samsung UE55HU8500L (curved UHD, 4K model from 2014) after replacing the panel. The new panel is a 55A1UU8EH, which produces excellent image quality — very close to the original.
However, since the swap, the TV enters a boot loop (Samsung logo → restart) unless I enter the service menu and perform a reset.
The service mode had been previously modified — possibly by a technician or during the panel swap — and I suspect some key settings are mismatched for the European (Greece) market.

I have had this beast in pieces for days going through everything bit by bit - I finally got a chip to read off the main board and it has a high blank / ff count, so I'm wondering if anyone out there has this monitor in working condition that could provide a working firmware?- Board number: BN41-03169A
- Monitor: Samsung Neo G9 57" LS57CG952NNXZA
- Symptom: No power, FPGA DONE/ALIVE at 0V
- Flash chip: Winbond W25Q128.V
- I've got a dump showing 74% erased/0xFF
- Requesting a good firmware dump from anyone with a working unit
