    samsung ps42p3s 9 blinking

    Hi to every one .
    I have a samsung ps42p3s plasma and when i plug it i get 9 blinnkings .i only have 5volts stand-by on the power board. i changed c524 c523 they where bernd .
    can eneyone help. thanks john
