    Visio M60-D1 BOOT LOOPING

    Hello -
I have a Visio M60-D1 LCD TV and it's stuck in a boot loop (Visio Logo, restarts, Visio logo, restarts, etc....)
I have tried the obligatory unplug, let it sit for a while to let it discharge, etc... also have tried the "Volume Down + Input for 5 Seconds, then just the Input for 10 Seconds" trick, and that did not break through the loop.
One thing that I did notice as I was trying to get it to pull the firmware from a fat32 formatted USB flash drive was that when it was attempting to boot I saw the USB stick's activity light flicker for a bit and then went solid again as the TV rebooted again. the usb activity light happened again and seemed to flicker about the same amount each time it rebooted.. seems like it's attempting to read the usb stick and then just continues on...
Does anyone have any ideas on what could be going on? I have a hot air rework station as well as a microscope so I can hit up smaller components but I was wondering if there was any direction someone could give... thanks!
I did a thermal on the power board and the Tcon, if someone needs the mainboard I can do that too

Not sure of this specific model but these Vizio have issue with CPU on main board needed to rework it as the solder balls crack and lose connection. Throw some flux under the cpu and heat it up to remelt the solder balls would be my suggestion. Check out the plethora of data on Vizio main boards going bad

Asus G14 ROG Zephyrus GA402RK Boot Looping

Problem with the laptop is it never boots completely but I CAN get into bios.

So, when I first press the power button it turns on backlit keyboard is normal and the battery charges. I leave it on doing nothing more than warming up.
So normally I wait until it gets warm(5 minutes or so) and begin forcing it down and turning it on again. Then I repeat this turning on and forcing down until eventually it posts makes the ROG sound and has the graphic logo. Seems to only try to boot when warm.
After this it invariably will to try to boot with the logo and the windows circle...

UniFi U7 Pro (IPQ5332) - U-Boot hang at 'NAND:' init - Hardware isolation and troubleshooting
        by lukasg26
        Hi everyone,

I'm troubleshooting a bricked UniFi U7 Pro (IPQ5332 platform) that suffered a power surge. I’ve reached a point where I need expert insight into the Qualcomm boot flow to determine if the SoC is permanently damaged or if there’s a logic/firmware bypass I’m missing.

Note: I have attached the full serial console log in a .txt file to this post for detailed analysis.

Current Symptom: The device is stuck in a boot loop/hang. On the serial console, it consistently stops at the NAND: initialization line, as shown in the attached log.

        Steps...

a2251 820-01949-a boot looping after screen replacement
        by Junior††
not sure how it happened but after replacing the screen on a2251 macbook it:

fans turn on for a second or 2, turn off, apple logo shows, 5-10 seconds pass and then system cuts off then cycles

thermal camera shows these are getting quite hot although i'm not sure what do to.

i've tried internet restore, same thing, put the old screen back on, same thing. which i'm inclined to think i f'd this up somehow or another. or the part that was given is faulty and caused something to go wrong. but I want to believe it's someone not me, but i'm prepared to think i...

Nintendo Switch Oled HEG-001: Second-Stage Boot Failure
        by privato89
        Hello everyone,

I'm facing an issue with a HEG-001 motherboard that is unable to complete the Second-Stage Boot. I'd like to start directly with my conclusion, which is the decision to replace the MAX77621AEWI chip, and understand if it could be a correct evaluation.

Before I dive into the process that led me to this decision, I want to mention that I have a fully equipped lab where I can perform any kind of tests.

        Let's begin:

Following some guides online, I tried to understand how the Boot phase of the Nintendo Switch works, and what are the...
