Re: Magnavox 47pfl7403d/f7 plasma stuck in retail demo mode
Should be an option in the first time setup menu, or if you do a factory reset. Please do not PM me with questions! Questions via PM will not be answered. Post on the forums instead!

Re: Magnavox 47pfl7403d/f7 plasma stuck in retail demo mode
It automatically comes on in retail mode and will not accept menu commands. This is one that's been lying around the shop for some time and I have no manualNot familiar with the factory reset procedure...

Re: Magnavox 47pfl7403d/f7 plasma stuck in retail demo mode
Do you have the original remote? Phillips/Magnavox do not like to play well with universal remotes, they have 4 color buttons on their remotes that DO NOT map to any universal remote (I have tried several high end remotes from All for One to my Harmony 520).
Some of the options need these buttons to function as you have to set commands with them. If you don't have an original remote you might want to look into getting one and see if it works with one.Comment

I figured it out. Press and hold Volume +, Channel +, then press power with the buttons on the tv set. Whew.Comment

by FlashFireSixI took an ebay gamble on an LG xboom pn5 speaker which was listed as having battery issues (turning on then off).
I got it earlier today and concluded it's in a demo mode because of the following:- When it's plugged in, it'll turn on and the power button will not turn it off
- Battery is healthy, reading 4.2v and not swollen, charges according to the xboom app
- the play/pause and volume buttons don't work
- You can pair to it and play music fine, as long as it's connected to power
- The bluetooth connection is disconnected after 5 seconds of audio pausing
- The DTS setting is defaulted

- Tried to reset radio by holding reset button key for 5,10,30 seconds while in power and without power, plugging it back in, it wouldn't work.
- Tried to hold 3,6 while turning it back on and then pressing 1,2...-

by ekozeko333Hi all,
I’m trying to recover a Lenovo Yoga Slim 7-14ARE05 with board DA0LS3MBAF0 Rev:F. I’ve run into an unusual issue where USB-C PD is stuck at 4.7–5V and the system won’t boot (keyboard lights flash briefly, then nothing).
🔥 The Problem Started After Suspected ESD/PD Fault
I experienced a power issue or ESD event through a USB-C charger
After that, the NX20P5090 power switch was visibly burned and was replaced
Now the PD controller always negotiates 5V @ 2A, even with known-good chargers
