Those test points are what we already test, the STATUS, I-PWM, E-PWM, ON/OFF, those are what you are talking about? I wonder if the PWM IC is bad.

no i ment near where the multiple plugs that go to the panel after the transformers on them. there are 2 traces that have test points that go to the plugs. if anything man i can just buy another master inverter and go from there they arn't that much

and damnit *sorry* but the inverters I have are 1 Letter off from that shopjimmy ones.. it's a I420H1-20A not 20B it's look from the pictures that the only difference is that the master board has one more ribbon cable insert near the left side of the board *which is about where the power connecter is on this board. would the B version maybe be compatible with the tv? Reason i'm asking is the price difference i'm seeing between the two version is crazy different and that when i look up the 20A version it's mostly made for sharp tv's and look a bit different? I'm not able to actually find a 100% same looking master inverter actually.. i'll post some pics

wow... the sticker is messed up and looks like a 2 on the model number.. but it's a LT-47EM59

no.. sorry yeah it's a 47 I've just been cluster minded since i got the thing over the weekend too many things going on here. but yeah Lt-47em59 with I420H1-20A inverters

It sure would be nice if u could mix and match inverters...but as yet I haven't had any experience other than changing it out for the same exact one...

So i get a t-con board *and cable from the main board to the t-con because a wire was borked on it* since it was the cheapest item for it that i could get.. Now when i'm turning it on I can hear a buzzing sound from the board that is connected to the panel. I'm beginning to feel that this tv isn't worth fixing anymore. any thoughts?

do you get picture now? why did you replace TCON i thought you were going to replace the inverter?

Sorry forgot to post about that. I was gonna get the inverters but it's 61 bucks I wanted to make sure i at least got picture going before i went and shelled out for the inverters. But no i'm still not getting picture on it even after changing that cable and the t-con board. they was just the cheapest and i wanted to make sure the panel worked before i got the inverter boards. otherwise i get to tell my friend that he bought 80 bucks worth of nothing.
