Vizio TV M70-C3 blink codes

I was given this TV with little info. Was told that it didn't have a picture. Upon powering it up it displayed the Vizio logo and the menu was able to be displayed. I connected an antenna (OTA), did a channel scan which completed and the picture has been fine for days. The only issue is it has an initial blink code of 23 upon power off, followed by a 19 about 75 seconds later which then repeats the 19 code four more times. I haven't been able to find the process for entering the service menu nor do I have the service manual for this model (I do have the E60-C3 and E70-C3 service manuals but they don't make any reference to the service menu). I did a factory reset, but the blink codes remain. I've searched the forum for info but didn't find any relevant info for this model. Firmware is latest (V1.5.16-UHD). I believe the main board probably has the BGA issue with one or both chips, but it hasn't yet failed of me, but it probably will if given enough time and power cycles.

Anyone know what the blink codes mean or how to invoke the service menu for this set?

I've never heard of a 23 or 19 blink code for any tv lol that's too many blinks.
But yes this set has bad main board bga all the time.. I could only assume it's this because it's so common

So maybe a corrupt EEPROM? It's very repeatable. Never changes. If I could get to the service menu, I may be able to clear it.
