Hey everyone,
I’m working on a Samsung UE65TU7172 with mainboard BN41-02751C. The TV powers on normally, I’ve applied the latest software update, and all measured voltages are correct.
Problem: The CI+ module doesn’t read the Digi card.
I accessed the service menu (using Mute + 2 + 4 + 7 + Exit) and ran the CI+ test. The results show:
So the TV doesn’t even attempt to communicate with the CAM/card.
I’ve tried multiple Digi cards (both old and new), and they work fine on another TV. Even testing a new CI+ card/support shows the same issue.
Looks like this is not a card problem, but something with the board or eMMC software — the keys for CI+ ECP are missing.
Has anyone dealt with this issue before? Any advice on how to restore the missing keys without replacing the mainboard would be hugely appreciated.

- CI+ production keys: Success
- ECP keys: Not installed
