I have a Samsung Plasma 50 inch model Pn50B400PD3XZA that won't turn on. Plug in the power cord, it clicks. Logic Board green light comes on for 3 seconds then goes out. I tested Vs and Va test points and both have little to no voltage. I confirmed 120v coming into the board so I know it's getting power. I tried to jumper the logic board per Tom's thread, no change. When I disconnect the Y-sus board I hear start up music, but no picture. No bulging capacitors on the power supply. Anything else I can try?

When Y-main (Y-sus) is disconnected does Vs/Va appear?

No it never appears after everything I have tried

Can you supply a photo of how it's all wired together inside the TV - make it clear and in focus. Need to figure out if it's got a combined ERC or separate ERC. (The wiring will make it obvious.)
