Can we get the P/N of this power supply board? and good clear picture of the top side of the board. That resistor looks to be part of the RC snubber for the diode.

Are the resistors on your board blown? Could you get a closer shot around that area?

It looks like one end is connected to the heat sink, the hest sink is connected to the circuit on the left side of the heat sink. Need better pictures of the bottom side.

Quite crispy, my guess is bleed resistor.

JR4,JR5 = may be a zero ohm resistor...

Look at the board and see if there are other components with 'JR' and see what they look like and check the resistance.

@tom, Zero ohm should have coding of '0' under 10x magnification i see '000' with one other is destroyed. are they a must have item?
