OK, the model number is 47PFL7603D, chassis number Q528.2E
You will have to go to ELEKTROTANYA.COM to see if it has the service manual for this model and chassis (it can have more than one chassis used for the same model).

i was looking at these http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/120-ohm-1-...item1c234fd349

but it looks on the resistor at one side there is a green band ? so they are not the same ?

temporarily for testing, you can use the R4 having the same rating

that thread is a bit deceiving in post nine they put the colours up Brown - Red - Brown - Gold - Green which i work out to 12.1 ohm but later says hes replaced it with a 120 ohm and it works i think we need to see what budm/tom66 suggests pity we cant find a psu schematic.

part of the circuit is the same, instead of D101 on your board R5, D101A, B, C, D, F101

Do you have the rest of the circuit? it looks like that resistor is connected in series with the Surge Arrestor.

Yes, R4 (and there seems to be R3) on the board of Default themes are connected in series with the arrester. Reduced part of the scheme (psu.bmp) is taken from the downloaded file( page 5) from

ok so i got another one of these tvs same model etc all same parts in side and had a look at the PSU and i seen this and was wondering if anyone can tell me how this has happened and if that is likely to be the fault with the other board as the same place where the hole is on this one looks as if its starting to burn on the other board too ????
