Re: Need help 47lm7600ua
I'm thinking bad panel from the image, sorry. Most faulty LED-LCD TVs now have bad panels, it's the most common fault from what I've seen. I basically don't pick up big screen LED-LCDs unless I can be sure the panel's good. You can try unplugging one half of the panel from T-con/Main and see if you get half a picture (repeat for each ribbon.)Last edited by tom66; 08-21-2014, 02:28 AM.Please do not PM me with questions! Hmm, yes it appears the T-con is on the main board. What you can try doing is removing the frame around the panel, check for over-heating tabs (COFs) - they will be too hot to touch if bad. Also check for liquid damage etc. I would be very surprised if the main board was causing this, especially given the frequency of bad panels we see now for modern LED-LCD TVs.Please do not PM me with questions! by poldoHappy New Year to all,
I have a 2012 macbook pro 13 motherboard 820-3115-B with the following problem (due to water damage): it starts up normally but does not go on screen. I checked the LVDS CONNECTOR line and found the following damaged components:
L9004: FERR-120-OHM-1.5A 0402-LF
L9008: 120-OHM-0.3A-EMI 0402-LF
In the repair I would prefer to replace the adjacent capacitors as well: C9010 and C9015: 0.001UF 10% 50V X7R-CERM 0402.
On Mouser I tracked down the following components respectively for:
L9004 with the following... -
by cubytusHi to all,
I was given this TV, an entry-level 4K 50" set. Some have criticized its lack of contrast and relatively poor colour rendering, but for my needs, it's very decent.
I reset everything to factory settings, but this line keeps on fading in and out when watching a streaming channel from the Tizen firmware. Interestingly, it only happens when TV is warm, after about 1h45 of it being turned on.
Watching a movie from an external source doesn't trigger the line as easily (needs 2 hours), and from a normal viewing distance, is hardly noticeable. It...1 Photo01-10-2024, 01:26 AM -
by mrsithHi.
Got UE58TU7100K with no picture - backlight comes on though. Figured out that's a perfect candidate for cut tape method.
This model has just one LVDS tape coming off main board - and two panel boards underneath the LCD screen are connected to each other via small tape. Like curved screens. I've tried to disconnect half of the screen (5he side without LVDS connector on it, obviously), no joy.
Disconnected the tape (main board side). Applied a small piece of tape, covering first ~4-5 pins. Powered the TV on - got picture. In negative, but that's... -
by NolesFanHello all... TV started boot looping. Opened the back panel and tried to isolate the problem. Just PSB no boot loop. PSB and MB no boot loop. Plug in the LVDS from panel to MB and boot looping starts up. It doesnt matter of order that I plug the LVDS ribbons back in, only 1 and no boot loop but as soon as 2nd one plugs in boot looping. I then noticed a flicker on the screen when I was closing the clip on the harness to the LVDS. Shut the lights off so I can see better, and I noticed as i slowly close it, I will get a picture, but as soon as it clips in, I lose picture and booting happens. So I...2 Photos
