    Toshiba Model 42RV530U

    Hello, I have a problem with this TV. The voltage board seems to be in perfect condition. I have all the correct voltages.

    But the video card's LED is yellow or green. It turns on and off. And on the front of the TV, only the green LED is on.

    I also disconnected the connectors from the Main board but the problem still persists.

    What solution can you give me?

      Was this TV outside or in a wet/damp environment? There is lots of rust on the metal shielding near the hdmi ports. I would inspect the mainboard for any signs of water damage or corrosion.
