What's the cause of this for this Samsung plasma

Really? I can't fix plasma if my life depended on it. But I was thinking lower buffer boards or zsus? Am I out the picture

Not buffers or Z-sustain. I'd agree logic board or possibly main board. You can rule in/out main board via a simple test on the logic board.

Most likely is control-board, defo not X-SUS, seriously doubt Y-SUS or buffers.

Have you tried getting the test-patterns up?

Good, OK right hand side of the board, you will see a 4 pin header marked 1-2 and 3-4.
Get a wire or hard-drive jumper block and connect pins 3 and 4.
Unplug LVDS cable between LOGIC and MAIN boards.
Turn TV on using normal method... do you get test patterns? Are they OK or not?

So what u think tom when I did pin 3 and 4 I got same thing as original picture so does that mean logic is bad then right

I don't know what the fault is, but I would suggest logic board is more likely than main board.

Being that once I disconnected the lvds from main and it still does the original problem that would leave me to believe it is bad logic? Nothing else can make that problem?

The LVDS cable carries the picture signal, if you have disconnected it and you still see the same problem, then yes, it's likely that the logic board is at fault seen as all other options have been cared for, of course you can't be absolute about it until a change is made. One thing I have seen on the logic board is a reset button, have you tried resetting it? anyway, good luck, I hope you fix your issue.
