    Philips 47PFL9603H fault or not?

    Hi all
I have this Philips 47PFL9603H everything works except for speaker outputs.
    Even headphone output is OK.
In audio usermenu there is an option "TV speakers on/off" but it's all grayed out. It cannot be selected.
Tried factory reset in user menu, went into SAM mode checking option numbers, they all are exact like option codes on rear cover.
Wonder if this could be a corrupt mainboard or any else weird feature??

Not sure on this model but some similar ones I've had have a 24V rail on the power supply labeled AUD (Audio). I had one power supply that wasn't putting out power on these pins and a second TV that simply had a loose connector between the main and power supply. That TV was showing the same symptom you are describing.

Thanks for advice. "Unfortunately" the PSU supplies the audio (24V).
Will check around for loose connectors ...!
Went into firmware update, but the set was already updated according to update application.
Also replaced the class-D amp chip with no difference (just in case)
