    Samsung LE40B651T3WXXU

    Got this Samsung TV that came in with power but no display. The TCON has a burnt IC18 as in picture so I suspect a faulty board:



    Board was replaced but not 100% sure if the new tcon is working or not and I got this:



    Is the issue caused by that "new" tcon or the panel itself?

    I would personally suspect the panel to be bad.
