Plasma TCP65Vt repair tips

Hi guys;a friend of mine asked me if i knew what board could cause his tv,
a Plasma Panasonic TCP65VT power turns on and off just clicks,
i googled about this model and came up with nothing.
Do you guys know what board should he get that could fix this fault,i told him that's a hit and miss?. Thanks

Need better info than that, is the front LED blinking and if so how many?

Will be a sequence of fast flashes then a pause and then repeats.

Also full model number would be handy, VT25,30,50,60 ? That's 2010 - 2013/14 models
