Hah! I was hoping you would label some other but the pic is better so i can see the board numbers
So QM854 QM855 Both bottom left - the top one looks a bit burnt - is it just the photo? Q9162 (bottom Right) I think these are mosfets can you read the part numbers on any of them.
If they are you can test them for shorts -
    Mosfets

If you have a manual range multimeter, set it to 200 ohms (two hundred). This is for 3 pin ICs only. You can test a mosfet (Q, IC designation) "in circuit" by (power off and unplugged)

    a) black on pin 1- red on pin 2 - record ohms
    b) black on pin 1- red on pin 3 - record ohms
    c) black on pin 2- red on pin 3 - record ohms

If any reading is less than 30 ohms you might have shorted mosfet. Remove from circuit and repeat the tests to verify.

While you were away we had a similar case - did many tests and it ended up as faulty solder joints!!

Hey thanx. Hmm unless my cheap multimeter is to "off" its reads constant 1 on all legs of all these 3 components. I have the 200ohm on the meter - just took a picture of it - a bit unsharp i know my macro photolens is a bit hard to control or it can be my 35 years old eyes - no comments

Alle 3 had the middle leg with no connection - se the photo mosfet example

The top QM854 dosent look burned actually
      Its named
      D4184
looks like there is no number below this

      QM855 is named
      D4185
      BA1G1Z

      Q9162 is named
      MDD5N40
C7384CGG (the last CGG is hard to read - can also be GGG or CCC)

OK 0 they are all mosfets and seem to be ok - at least not shorted.

Could this be the "bad" component we are searching fore ?

I will make a better picture of the back with numbers.
Missed this post - sorry - no I dont think it is bad it is just not getting power
to it. I will try to think of something else to test

What is the part number on IC9101 back of the board 16 legs below 27 in your picture.

I am struggling to find a datasheet for the Samsung SEM5025 maybe it has not been released/leaked yet. Nearest I can find is SEM2005 but looks to me it may be for a non LED set. If no-one else can help may have to resort to hoping the pins are the same - if not the values.

Hey yes I searched google to cant find any.
I searched for the whole powerboard at shopjimmy but the current board is out of stock - that would be a easy solution - though the prices shifts alot.
And ofcorse its a little stupid if its only one part that is burned, but yes depends if it to difficult to find or it maybe is other issues like the leds etc can see others on the forum having problems with that

                http://www.shopjimmy.com/samsung-bn4...upply-unit.htm

dont know if others are selling those boards- do you?

Re: Samsung tv dosent turn on (no signal/standby light out) after lightning hit the h

                  No-one else eh!

Well just go for it power up the board and Set you meter on VDC600 to start with and just test each pin on the SEM5025 with respect to ground.
Dont bother writing them down - just do a quick test to see if there are ANY
voltages. If there are then change the vdc scale to the one above and test again and post result. Look up the datasheet for the SEM2005.
There are still lots of things to test to try and pin down where the voltage stops - What is the part number on the BIG transformer (7). You could also test for voltages on all the capacitors - (28, 36-39 )you can get an idea of what the Max should be by the voltage on them. For example if it says 16v 1000uf you need to be on 20vdc scale if there are any 35v caps you need to change to 200vDC scale.
I dont know where you might get a board - maybe a whole tv with a broken screen on ebay.. In the UK there is flattvparts you could check out.

Zombie Samsung UN55NU6900F dead / no standby voltage - randomly came to life after hours of troubleshooting then died
                    by tvguy12012012120
This is my first attempt at troubleshooting a board like this, I know I could just buy a new board but I'm curious to figure out how this works. I've been testing different components in the evenings this week and I think the problem is with the IC failing to start up for some reason. When the board is plugged in there is no standby voltage.

Then today it randomly sprung to life like a zombie but shortly died thereafter. I have no idea why it would have done that and its the first time I've seen it running. I discharged capacitors on the board last night, then it was sitting today....

                    by ChristianBr01
                    Hello everyone,
I got a Samsung The Frame 55 inch TV for free from uncle cause it is not turning on anymore. I am in the second year of training as an electrician so I have knowledge already but I am far away from to be a pro.
The TV has Standby but ist not turning on. A Friend of mine owns a 50 inch Frame TV so I checked the One Connect Box and the One Connect Cable there. Both are good and working normally. I have opened the TV case and measured some voltages on the Board.
What I already found is that the 12.8V are not an the connector to the main board connector to the power...

                    MB: BN94-12832K

I got the tv in spring 2024. At that time it started, then ran 60 sec and poweroff. Seemed like reboot issue. I didn't have time and room to check it in summer so I plugged it in and now the standby light is on. I press button on remote, standby light goes off and tries to start?. No picture or backlight on LCD. I thought about removing diodes like in this thread: https://www.badcaps.net/forum/troubl...sung-qled-q60r...
