    With D13 removed the pads are still reading shorted .D12 reads shorted as well.D13 reads infinity in both directions perhaps I overheated it removing it .
    . Strange thing is both the anode and cathode seem to be connected to the ground on both diodes which makes no sense.
    There doesn't seem to be separate tracks for each only the common ground.Pics are included to show this .

                      this Hisense separated tcon + integrated tcon is creepy.. the measures of the post #5 , where are taken? i was meaning the separate tcon, but them are doubled also on the integrated tcon (shame on Hisense) and must be measured also there, i need also a broader view of the integrated tcon 'cause i need to find the HVAA circuit and also the rest..

                          The measurements on post 5 were taken from the tcon board which attaches to the mainboard/power supply..All other measurements taken from the integrated control board attached directly to the panel.
                          . The HVAA voltage reading is the same on both boards and the one causing the problem as it reads low at 3.3v as you pointed out.

                            do you have to do the Captcha verify code each post? because is i do and is very annoying..

                            have you checked every 0 ohm resistor?

                            is c221 between HVAA testpoint and GND? (panel tcon, let's call tcon 2).
                            anyway i suspect that cap, if you can, replace it.. By the colour / size it seems low capacity, maybe 1-2 uF

                              Yes captcha eveytime and I agree very annoying.Checked all 0 ohm resistors and all read 0 ohm .Yes C221 is between HVAA test point and ground .It reads infinity when multimeter is on ohms .You think I should replace it even though it doesn't show its shorted.?
                              . Now to do another @#$$%# captcha.

                                yes i think that getting another cap from an used board instead of throwing the entire tv it deserves a lilttle effort.. caps can short maybe under certain temperature.. i do not see a separate ps for HVAA voltage, so in many sets it is obtained by a capacitor voltage divider, i do not see the other one..

                                  Changed C221 and voltage on HVAA still drops down to 3.34v from 7.99v when powered on with remote after a few seconds.

                                    Can you tell me the voltage of each term. of those resistor / caps respect to GND? I feel strange that HVAA is created by I5 on TCON 2 and returns to TCON 1 (see test points)...

                                      disconnect the LVDS from T-CON. and apply 12V to T-CON F1 turn on if BL didn't light up use torch light to explorer the screen RGB Test, if u get it go head to replace the MB

                                        I already tried the 12v injection from main board to tcon board and rgb test begins but screen goes dark as soon as the HVAA voltage drops from 7.99v down to 3.34 v .I only see about 2 colors mostly yellow on entire screen but it quickly fades away .The backlights also come on and stay on.
