Unstable -Vy is a Y-sustain issue, I believe. There's a kit for the 42PG3000 maybe it applies for this.
I doubt the T-con (controller board) is bad.

ok, im gonna buy the y-sus and buffers and see what happens,only prob i have is there untested, but i can send them back for a refund if they dont work,
and i can swap out each one to see what happens.
i'll get back to you with results.

got the Y-SUS and BUFFERS today.
and now all up and running,
